Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
Step I
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality framework that helps you explore your preferences for taking in information and making decisions. It also looks at where you prefer to focus your attention and how you like to live your life, including your preferred style of working and interacting with other people.
There are no right or wrong answers, and all possible results are equally valid. A key feature is the focus on the likely strengths and positive qualities of different personality styles, so the feedback you receive is always constructive.
Step II
MBTI Step II builds on your Step I results, and goes into more depth about each of the four key areas of personality described in this framework. It can help you to understand why you are “sometimes this and sometimes that” and also why you aren’t the same as other people who share your personality type!
This process involves an online questionnaire then a one-hour face to face feedback discussion.
